Jonathan Marks
At Clinical, Jonathan Marks is the Founder & CEO responsible for developing and executing the strategies to drive growth. Having advised on over 2,000,000 Square Feet and more than $750 Million in Clinical Space, Jonathan has a proven track record in building strong relationships and providing trusted strategic advisory to physicians, medical groups and health systems within the healthcare space.
Jonathan has been recognized as a top performer throughout his career and has received numerous awards for his work in Strategic Advisory and Medical Real Estate. For 12 years prior to Founding Clinical, Jonathan started Cresa's Medical Practice group and heled lead it's national expansion in streamlining efficient Healthcare portfolio's, reducing costs and mitigating risks at each of their "Clinical" locations across the country. He has authored a medical strategy newsletter, been quoted in numerous articles and also been a guest speaker at Healthcare Conferences across the country.
Jonathan earned his degrees in Economics & International Business at Brandeis University in Boston MA and is an Alum of The Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia PA.
